The Arthritis Foundation's 6 week Walk With Ease program for people 60 and over can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life.
It is proved to reduce the pain of arthritis and improve your overall health. This program will run every Tuesdays April 14 to Tuesday, May 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm. A typical session will include: Welcome and announcements, discussion topics, health information, stretching, and strengthening exercises in the Radnorshire room, then we will proceed to our walk to the Radnor trail, finishing with a cool-down, as well as motivational tips and tools.
